Megan Thee Stallion, the Grammy-winning rapper, has been accused of harassment by her former cameraman, Emilio Garcia.

Garcia, who has worked as a personal cameraman for the rapper from 2019 to 2023, has filed a lawsuit alleging a hostile work environment.

Garcia alleges that he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with Megan Thee Stallion in a foreign country while she had sex with a woman. He described feeling “uncomfortable” and “shocked” at the situation.

Following the incident, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly warned Garcia not to discuss what he had witnessed. Garcia also claims that the rapper insulted him with fat-shaming comments.

After the alleged incident, Garcia’s compensation structure was changed from a monthly flat-rate to a pay-per-task system. He claims he was denied overtime pay and regular breaks.

In June 2023, Roc Nation, Megan Thee Stallion’s management company, informed Garcia that his “services were no longer needed.”

Garcia is seeking more than six figures in damages. His lawsuit includes claims for unpaid wages, interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages, and other employee benefits.

Megan Thee Stallion’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has responded to the allegations, stating, “This is an employment claim for money – with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”

The case is ongoing, and the world is watching to see how it will impact her career and reputation.
