From the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, came assurances of better days for Nigerians grappling with hardship as a result of the high cost of living.

In a congratulatory message to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to commemorate his 72nd birthday anniversary, he called on Nigerians to exercise patience and understanding as the reforms being implemented would surely yield good returns.

Ganduje, in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu, referred to the daily gains being recorded by the naira against the dollar, the revitalisation of the nation’s refineries, infrastructural development, as well as the protection of lives and properties as inroads so far recorded by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration.

“The economy is on the right track and on its way to recovery. Nigerians would soon heave a sigh of relief and enjoy the fullness of prosperity as Mr President’s reform is already yielding good returns,” he said.

Ganduje, while congratulating President Tinubu on behalf of the teeming supporters of the party, noted, “We wish you a happy birthday. We wish you a long life in good health and with the wisdom to take Nigeria to her pride of place among the comity of nations.

“Your commitment to our countrys welfare, your strategic insight, and your relentless pursuit of better days are sources of inspiration for us all. Your leadership has guided us through challenges and illuminated a path for the country towards ensuring prosperity and greatness.

“May Almighty Allah bless you as always for all the successes in your endeavour for maintaining peace, development, and harmony around our dear country, Nigeria, in the days ahead.

“May your birthday be an inspirational one, giving you all the strength needed to lead us towards a prosperous Nigeria in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of your administration.”
