The Publicity Secretary of the Ogun State chapter of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), Tunde Oladunjoye, is set to bag an Exemplary Leadership Award during the 20th Edition of the Prestigious African Leadership People’s Heritage Gold Awards 2024, slated for May 16, in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

The nomination of Oladunjoye, who is also the Senior Consultant on Media to the Ogun State Governor, for the award was conveyed by the organisers in a letter dated April 15, a copy made available to our correspondent on Tuesday.

“On behalf of the Award Selection Committee and the Editorial Board of Edo Legacy Foundation Inc., Publishers of Bravins Magazine International, it is my pleasure to inform you that you have been nominated for the 20th Edition of the Prestigious African Leadership People’s Heritage Gold Awards 2024”, the letter partly reads.

The statement, which was endorsed on behalf of the organisers by Amb Pedro Omo-Aghahowa, reads further: “These Prestigious Awards acknowledge and celebrate exemplary leaders and it is presented especially to dynamic personalities with a record of creating and building great leadership impact and making far-reaching and positive contributions to the development of Africa.

“This event will be attended by noble leaders, captains of industry, political leaders, policymakers, business magnates and institutional investors.”
