Dr. Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed confidence that the party will offer solutions to Nigeria’s various challenges. He made this assertion during the APC grand finale campaign and presentation of party flags to the 11 local council chairmanship candidates in Gombe on Wednesday.
The Gombe State Independent Electoral Commission (GOSIEC) has scheduled April 27 for local government polls.
Ganduje, while presenting APC flags to the candidates, highlighted the party’s efforts, particularly under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, in addressing the country’s challenges and striving for its transformation.
He emphasized the positive impact of the APC manifesto and constitution at the national level under President Tinubu’s leadership, as well as the achievements witnessed in Gombe State under Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s administration.
Asserting that APC is the solution to Nigeria’s problems, Ganduje called on Nigerians to support and pray for President Tinubu’s administration to sustain the country’s transformation.
Commending the governor for aligning with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his efforts in transforming Gombe state, Ganduje highlighted the state’s progress as a model for peace and development.
He expressed pride in the achievements of the APC in Gombe State, considering it as one of the most progressive states in the country.
Ganduje also welcomed defectors from opposition parties and urged residents of the state to vote for APC candidates, assuring them of continued good governance as long as APC remains in power.
