The new bus being presented to the council yesterday in Benin City

Edo State governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki has donated an 18 seater bus to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Edo State council.

He said that the governor of the state values the work the media do and that he holds them in high esteem and will continue to support them in ensuring that they succeed in the state.

Responding, the chairman of the council, Mr. Festus Alenkhe, thanked the state governor for the donation to the council.

He said that the bus will be put into judicious use for the growth of the media profession and for the growth of the state.
