We take your data privacy seriously when using any of our services. This
data deletion policy statement explain to you the kind of data we delete, how we delete the data and how yyou can request for data deletion on our platforms. This document is subjected to change and we will let you know any time
is it updated. We implore you to take time to read and understand it.
USER DATA DELETION
Currently we did not have a policy to delete customer or user data on our platform. All our users data are intact and we do not have a plan to delete those data. So be rest assure that your data will be save for as long as you want it on our systems.
CRITICAL BUSINESS AND OPERATION DATA DELETION
On all our platform and services, all business operational data are not deleted if the customer subscription is active on those platform. After inactive subscription for a peiod of 12 months, we send a data deletion request to customer if I wish to suspend the services with us. If a response is gotten from the customer to delete the data we go ahead to delete the data. if customer intent to keep the data with us there we be need for subscription renewal for accept this offer.
If we did not get response from customer, we will send the request for another 3 months before proceeding to take the deletion action on any customer critical business data.
AUDIT LOG DELETETION
On all our platforms, we record all users activities on the system like that actions taken on the syste, data the action was taken and the user that perform the action. This log help user to track and check for fraudulent transaction and action on the system. The audit log record is enoumous and heavy to retain on the system for longer period. So we have a policy of automatic removal of these data from our system after 12 months of retention of such data
CRAWLED DATA DELETETION
We store crawled data collected from the web by our webcrawling software to serve our users with news, articles and resources across the web. These data provide and serve our news plaform with latest update news from selected sources.
As our webcraler store five hundred plus article in a day, the database grow very fast and we can decide to remove those data at any time as at when necessary.
REQUEST FOR DATA DELETION
User can reqquest for data deletion and complete removal of their timeline and foot print from our system. To do this, you need to send a request to our support email address to request for the data deletion.

After sending the request, we will review your request and create a change management form for you to fill and sign.
Policy Changes
We update this data deletion policy as at when necessary to do so. This
might be as a result of feedback from customers and changes to our
products/services. If there are changes to policy in how we delete user data,
we will notify you by posting a notice of such change or by sending you
notifications before the effective date of such update.
