Governor Abiodun said late retired Major Babalola lived a life of service, caring for the less privileged in the society.
Princess retired Major Grace Adebisi Babalola is a Princess of Awujale Dynasty in Ijebu-Ode. She is a certified theatre nurse who lived a life of service and was also a philanthropist. Mama lived a life of impact. I urge the congregation to emulate her life. She was a bridge builder and love giver.
Ministering, the Diocesan Bishop of Ijebu land, Rt. Revd Dr. Peter Rotimi Oludipe, who read from scripture, 2 Cor. 5:10 on the topic, Appearing before the judgement seat of Chris, called on the congregation to live a life that will please the Lord just like Mama Babalola lived for many years.
He noted that life is a gift from God and a preparatory ground for eternity, urging the congregation to live right and well with neighbors and God and be a blessing to others.
