The Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr Bosun Tijani, has commended the Nigeria Communications Commission, NCC.

The Minister hailed the Commission led by Executive Vice Chairman Dr Aminu Maida for their strategic approach to enhancing telecommunications services.

Tijani expressed his satisfaction with the Commission’s shift from focusing solely on Quality of Service to prioritizing an improved Quality of Experience.

He lauded this move as a significant step aligned with the governments Strategic Blueprint to bolster the sectors contribution to the nations economy, emphasizing the importance of ensuring a positive impact on citizens daily lives.

The Ministers endorsement highlighted the NCCs commitment to fostering innovation and excellence within the telecommunications sector, acknowledging their role in driving economic growth and societal development.

With a clear directive towards enhancing the overall user experience, the NCCs proactive measures align with the governments vision of leveraging technology to create tangible benefits for all Nigerians.
