Famous Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael breaks silence amid hot lashes from cybernauts for not publicly mourning his colleague, Junior Pope.

Zubby who is a prominent actor was expected to post about the death of Jnr Pope just as some of his colleagues did, but he failed to do so, thereby spurring negative comments from his followers.

However, in a recent development, the actor took to his Instagram page where he addressed critics.

Sharing a video of himself linking up with some friends, Zubby Michael noted that posting isn’t a valid proof of genuine love.

He wrote:

“Make una rest no be by posting.”

Still on this issue, actress, Angela Okorie mercilessly dragged Zubby Michael. 

Sharing her thoughts on her Instagram story, she pointed out Zubbys betrayal, considering that he served as Junior Popes best man at his wedding, yet failed to acknowledge him upon his passing.

Angela reminded Zubby of her previous warning, where she vowed to shame him whenever she deemed it appropriate. She vehemently criticized the actor, highlighting his lack of genuine friendships due to his constant envy and obsession with achieving superiority.

Angela Okorie also exposed the deceitful nature of the entertainment industry, sharing her own personal experiences of betrayal.

She shed light on the fact that she, too, fell victim to poisoning within the industry.

Reflecting on Junior Popes character, Angela emphasized that he was a rare gem, an individual filled with warmth and positivity. Unfortunately, his quiet nature often made him susceptible to mistreatment.

Angela expressed her disappointment at the lack of genuine love in the industry, cautioning others to be wary of the toxic environment.

She shared her own encounters with hatred and attempts on her life, both before and after she got shot, she advised others to distance themselves from such toxic friendships within the Nollywood industry.
