Nigerians on X, particularly customers of Access Bank have lamented the inaccessibility to their monies as the bank continued to battle network glitches.

Also, a short statement issued on Monday by an X user, PIDOMNIGERIA, stated that the fathers inability to transfer funds using his Access Bank mobile app resulted in the death of his daughter.

It was reported that the daughter, who was admitted to the emergency unit of an undisclosed hospital, was left unattended due to the failure of her parents to pay for her medical bill.

The father noted that the failure of the banks mobile app on May 5,  2023, made it impossible for him to pay the hospital bills.

The PIDOMNIGERIA statement reads, A single dad follower of mine who works offshore and who is currently at work just reached out to me this morning crying bitterly.
